Transitioning to Fall Fashion

Eeeek! Peace out Summer, Hello Fall! I am beyond excited to experience the season change here in NC! We escaped to Chicago for the Labor Day Weekend and got another taste of some pre-Fall temps with crisp 60s and 70s. So it had me itching to share some style tips on pre-Fall fashion and what I’m wearing and loving currently.

With the inevitable season change but the still slightly warm temps, here are my style tips to get you transitioning and ready for the next season. Bring on Fall y’all!

  1. Layer

Bring on the Layers! I found this super soft, suede like, lightweight blush moto-jacket at anthropolgie for under $100 and it paired perfect for a day exploring the town on my friends pink bike!

  2. Ankle Booties

Invest in a cute, practical pair of ankle booties that you can throw on with very thin, breathable socks. Go for a chunky heel for a more lax, daytime, comfortable vibe.

  3. Accessorize

Accessorize with Fall fashion pieces that won’t make you sweat like this blush fedora hat! It adds that little something extra, don’t you think?

  4. Distressed Denim

Just sayin. Because it’s still warm out, so I’ll take some distressed denim as a breathable, airy, on trend option any day! Also cropped denim is very in and is another great option for ankle boots and flats. The ones I am wearing are under $100 and I recommend sizing up one. However if you go with these crop denim jeans then size down one!

    5. Florals

Opting to wear florals in shades of pink is still appropriate for the current season, but going with the floral pattern on a dark background, like this black one, makes for the perfect transitioning top for Fall!

The Whole Look is Archie approved clearly. Where to next buddy?!
